Step 1 : Check out Feldy's BBQ Menu Page

Step 2: Submit a booking request by clicking on "Book Online" menu tab

Step 3: We will review your booking request and email you with a catering quote based on the details you provided us on the booking request form

Step 4: Once you review your quote, let us know if you wish to make any changes to your food selections or service at that time; an updated quote will be sent to you accordingly

Step 5: Accept your finalized quote! Upon acceptance a booking deposit of 25% of the total quote amount is due. You will receive a booking deposit invoice to secure your booking date/time

Step 6: The remaining balance is due on your event date. You will receive the remaining balance invoice via email 24hrs ahead of your event. You have the option of paying online or in person with Square!

Cancellations require 48hr advance notice prior to your EVENT DATE to receive a refund of the booking deposit. Requests must be emailed to mike@feldysbbq.com. If a cancellation request is made in less than 48hrs from the EVENT DATE client will be responsible for 50% of the booking deposit at that time. Please reach out to reschedule if needed!
